TAJ will also provide following Supporting Services to the Trainees..

Pick up/Send Off



TAJ will make arrangements in consultation with the Client to arrange Pick up and Send Off from the airport.

Food & Housing



Trainees will be provided with Healthy Halal Good Quality Food. The students will also be housed in a decent furnished apartment. Two students will share one room.

Hotline & Specialized Help



The Liaison Person will be linked to a Hotline for any Emergency usage. The hotline number will be provided to all incoming trainees. TAJ will undertake other help sought by the Client in furthering the Educational needs of their Students.

Liaison Service



TAJ will provide a Liaison person, conversant in Arabic, available 24 hours to help candidates.

Culture



For Trainees coming form the Middle East, we are sensitive to the special needs of its predominantly Muslim population like Prayer breaks for those who prefer; to arrange for food that conforms to Islamic requirements; guidance to the restaurants that cater to Arab Muslims. The Liaison Officer will also help connect to the Muslim/ Arab Community in the City and provide City maps and information about Mosques in the Vicinity of the Institution/Staying place.

Sightseeing



We will be pleased to arrange for sightseeing trips as well as provide guidance on how to take advantage of the rich tourist and cultural resources of the City. Information about the City and local sightseeing etc will be provided to candidates once they land here.

Specialized Help



TAJ will undertake other help sought by the Client in furthering the Educational needs of its Students.
