The application accesses information from the legacy mainframe systems and then manipulates the data to track the performance and customer specific metrics. The CSI has three major system components; a Visual Basic programto download the necessary data to a temporary location in SQL Server from DB2, a set of stored procedures in SQL Server that performs the CSI measurements and a very flexible web-based application developed in ASPto interface with web pages and reports. The work was also includes developing some other stand-alone applications.

Pace Maker is a medical instrument devised to monitor and enhance the functionality of human heart. The system contains an 8255A micro controller, Battery, RF band communication device and Flash memory. The MC counts the number of beats heart and if it is less than 72 beats and records it on the Flash memory. A history sheet is maintained on the memory, which has a database. The RF band communication device is used to check the history sheet and increase or decrease the amount of power released by the battery.

Mobile Trust provides Client certificates, which allow users to digitally sign transactions such as E-Checks, funds transfers, and medical prescriptions, and to get authenticated access to Web servers. And also Mobile Trust provides server certificates to ensure trusted and confidential communications for users of the wired and wireless Internet. Server certificates provide the means for end-users to authenticate the servers and gateways they rely on for critical information, such as stock quotes, patient information and enterprise resources. The Server Certificates employs both ECC and RSA encryption algorithms.

The Native View Network Management System (NMS) is a service-aware management system, operating at the Ethernet service level, which radically streamlines the provisioning process, enabling carriers and service providers to remotely connect new customers and modify the service packages and bandwidth allocation of existing clients in seconds. This system was developed for the purpose of Network Management System with SNMP. There are GUI screens (developed in SWING) were provided to user for accessing -- like adding new customer, modifying and deleting customer’s information (including network node information like status etc.,). It includes IP Addressing, Network design, sub netting and developed various report screens for Configuration management and Accounting management with mapping worldwide IP addresses to physical address location. Similarly the GUI also provided access to provisioning (network services) to each customer, which provided service topology and also physical topology (network maps).

The Application named SORD for Service Orders Relational Database is a Data Intensive Project that works in line with the guidelines of FCC and the State Commissions. The Application receives data from 8 different Mainframe sources. Unix Shell Scripts funnel data into Oracle Database of the size of 750 GB on a daily basis. Reports are developed by Unix Scripts that are delivered to KPMG and Price Waterhouse Coopers for Auditing purposes. These reports are then submitted to FCC and the respective State Commissions for Compliance Filing. The Application involves a monthly release of reports.

Project Objectives:
Develop or add onto Jaguar's existing bar code system for Land Rover. LRNA currently utilizes a monthly produced system that burdens dealers by having to store parts and the returns area as there is no consistent flow of material.
Limits ability to debit claims back to dealers for lack of return.
Automate Freight Bill Payment Phase II
Project Objectives: Replace the existing manual process of creating the check request for Freight Bill payment. Invoices should be viewable at the department level. It changes the status from "New", "Approval Pending", "Approved" and "Completed" activated by Creator of the invoice, and Approver. Approver should be given the opportunity to delegate another person to approve the invoices. After delegation the 2nd Approver should get the automated emails from requestor to approve the invoice(s).
Once the Invoice is approved and not send to upload in CCAPS system, the Approver should be able to recall the invoice.

The MAIN (Michigan Administrative Information Network) provides the employees of State of Michigan access to Data Collection and Distribution System (DCDS) functions. Users gain access to services like Employee Data Collection, Employee Leave/Overtime Request and Approval.
Performed requirements capture analysis, database and object design, construction and support of modules within the Employee Data Collection application, using Powerbuilder 7.02, PFC, Power Designer, Rational Rose and Oracle 8i.
