The year - 1996! The world of information technology was evolving at a mesmerizing pace, and in the process creating an imbalance between the demand and supply ratio. To harmonize the needs of global clients and the world market, Mr. Javeed Mirza thought it appropriate to bring to life TAJ Software Systems Corp. - "A Company with a Passionate Pursuit for Perfection." TAJ is driven with a sole ethos to delight the global customers, and provide them with cost-effective and creative solutions, by applying time-tested management principles and by employing the best of IT minds.
Under the direction and rearing of Mr. Javeed Mirza, and in response to the rising demand for software services TAJ Software Systems Corp. was founded and commenced its operation from Brooklyn, NY in October, 1996, (Registered with the State of NY). The company provides time bound and superlative software development services and software consultancy to the world market.
Javeed Mirza - the Founder and President, who is at the helm of affairs; within a short span of time steered the company on to the path of growth, thereby demonstrating a vision and in turn gifting greater results to the customers; wherein the revenues increased approximately 400% each year for the financial years '98, '99 and 2000.
Qualified as a BS in Civil Engineering (Honors), MS in Economics, and PhD (ABD) in Political Economy, Mr. Javeed comes across as a multi-faceted persona, radiating an air of charm and knowledge around him. Having traversed more than one business domain as an Educator, Civil Engineer, Community Activist and an Entrepreneur,
Mr. Javeed believes in leading through Initiative, Integrity and Innovation.

Javid Desai
Sr. Manager Business Development.
With a BSc in Physics and a diploma in Architecture. He has over 10 years of business development experience in IT services and solutions covering the U.S, Japanese and the Indian markets. At TAJ he is heading the Sales in consulting and projects.
With his vast sales exposure in diverse cultures he brings in rich experience to add value to the organization.

Moiz Dawar
Manager Business Development
Moiz has Bachelors in Commerce and an MBA from Osmania University. He has vast experience in the Canadian, U.S and the Indian market in professional services.
At TAJ he look after the new business development and has fused in some fresh blood to the sales process

Navneetha Krishnan
HR Manager
Human Resource Development (HRD) is one field where a working professional is considered to be as ‘hardly working’ (not in the literal sense). Unlike other mundane jobs HRD provides a challenging work environment in today’s IT sphere, where the individual can tinker with new ideas for the development of the organization, people and the company’s productivity. And Mr. Navneetha Krishnan, the HR Manager with TAJ Software Systems happens to be an exception in the HRD arena. With specialization and expertise in handling and building strategies and policies, PLR, MDP, OD, 360 degree appraisal, as well as implementing Six Sigma processes, Mr. Navneetha comes across with a ‘Human face’ -- the very pre-requisite for a professional to deal with human resources.
Serving as a qualified graduate in Law, and holding a MBA (specialization in HR), Mr. Navneetha has the edge over the rest with his exposure to the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 processes. His quest for knowledge didn’t end here, but thrived for more wherein he possesses hands on expertise in IR and Personnel Management, Training and Development, Legal, Administration, Office Management and Operations.
